DATE:

Friday, November 21, 2008 -- 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Saturday, November 22, 2008 -- 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

LOCATION:

The conference will take place at the University of Texas at El Paso - Union Building (3rd Floor), 500 W. University Ave., El Paso, Texas.

The official hotel for the conference is Hilton Garden Inn, 111 W. University Ave., El Paso, Texas, 79902. For reservations, please call (915) 351-2121 or toll free at 1-877-STAY-HGI Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

To obtain a room at the group rate of $85.00, please mention the El Paso Adult Learning and Literacy Conference (EPALL) or Socorro ISD. If you have any problems reserving under this block please email Simon Hernandez at simon.hernandez@ihrco.com and he will assist you directly.

PARKING:

Below are the parking arrangements for both days of the EPALL Conference. Car pooling is encouraged.

FRIDAY: Conference parking is available on Friday at the new UTEP Parking Facility located on Sun Bowl Drive. Click here to access a campus map. Please park in the Visitor Area. There will be a shuttle service taking you from the Parking Facility to the Hilton Garden Inn adjacent to the Conference location (UTEP - Union Building).

SATURDAY: On Saturday, conference parking is available at the Hilton Garden Inn.

REGISTRATION:

The registration deadline is October 10, 2008. Please complete one registration form for each individual. Registration includes access to all conference sessions and meals. To register, please complete our Online Registration Form.
